These run huge- not sure what everyone else was talking about my 5 1/2 pound Chihuahua with a 12 inch chest fits into the smallest vest. I ordered the 11-14” first and he swam in it. This one has appropriately sized straps ans buckles for a little dog. The next size up has huge buckles which they don't take into account when sizing the “girth” thia is just what i needed in irder to keep people from being rude.
