I love this product. Works well as a no pull, heel. Love the connection parts. Wonderful velcro that I use for service dog patch and subdued American flag on right side. Yes stars forward. Very strong and durable. Got lucky reading other Amazon reviews. Go for the smaller size because the neck region doesn't go small enough for my dog. I have a dauschund/beagle mix. The neck area is too big. I've washed it in hot water and dryer to shrink it. Fits a little better. But I truly love this harness. She wears it frequently. Negates having to use a collar. Removable velcro patches.
